Very interesting exposé, although I’m wondering who said “people with a lot of money and power” are that are so invested in BMI lobbying and perpetuating fat stigma.
Presumably dieting and weight loss clinics.
People buy into their schtick, they get paid.
They get money to lobby for more research into evil fat.
People buy into their schtick more. Etc, etc etc.
